Yes. We provide telehealth psychiatric care to patients throughout Midland and surrounding areas via secure video visits. Patients in Midland also have the option of in-person appointments at our Round Rock office at 3001 Joe Dimaggio Blvd #900B.
Telehealth visits are conducted over secure video. After scheduling, you'll receive a link to join your appointment from any device with a camera and microphone. You must be physically located in Texas at the time of your visit, as our license is state-specific.
We treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, mood disorders, insomnia, and related psychiatric and behavioral health conditions across adults, adolescents, and children (ages 6+).
Elevate Mental Health accepts most major insurance plans, including Ambetter, Anthem, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Evernorth, Golden Rule, Optum, Oscar Health, UnitedHealthcare, and United Behavioral Health. We are an in-network provider for these plans. We also offer transparent self-pay rates for patients without insurance or who prefer not to use it.
Self-pay rates are flat fees collected at time of service. Initial psychiatric evaluation (CPT 90792, 60-90 minutes, includes medication evaluation) is $320. Follow-up medication management visit (CPT 99214, 30-39 minutes) is $200. A 30-minute psychotherapy add-on with the follow-up visit (CPT 90833) is an additional $175 — the combined bundle visit totals $375. Psychological testing (CPT 96136) is $100 per 30 minutes. We accept credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and ACH bank transfer.
New-patient initial evaluations for Midland residents are typically available within 1-2 weeks. Follow-up visits are usually scheduled within a few days to a week. Schedule online at https://elevatementalhealthclinic.com/book-now/ or call (512) 729-1800.
